Returns & Exchanges

At Swimsport, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure that swimwear still has the hygienic liner attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Swimsport account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
